Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with 299bot, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 299bot or any of its affiliated companies.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

299bot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Management

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 299bot account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. 299bot accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 299bot immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity while the matter is resolved.

299bot reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or regulatory compliance requirements.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on 299bot are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name that matches your 299bot account. 299bot does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees or exchange rate differences. Processing times may vary. Bonuses and Promotions

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 299bot are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule will prevail in relation to that game only.

Bets are final once confirmed. 299bot does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed, except in cases of a documented technical error on 299bot's part. In the event of a clearly erroneous odds or price display (palpable error), 299bot reserves the right to void any bet placed at that incorrect price.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules which vary by sport and competition. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. These rules cover BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, T20 World Cup, football, kabaddi, tennis, and all other sports available on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 299bot and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or verification.
